Do you keep browsing activity logs?
No browsing activity logs. AVEE does not intentionally store the contents of websites, messages, or files transmitted through the VPN. Temporary operational and anti-abuse metadata may be processed for security and reliability.
What is prohibited?
P2P and torrent traffic, spam, attacks, scanning, phishing, malware, mining, excessive scraping, and other abusive or unlawful activity are prohibited. Torrent traffic is blocked at the node level.
How does billing work?
Android subscriptions are available through Google Play. Web and Windows customers may also purchase access through the payment methods shown at checkout. The price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation path are shown before purchase. Trial access is available before payment.

AVEE VPN is operated by AVETISYAN EDMON SAMVELI, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Armenia. This policy explains what information is processed to provide the AVEE VPN service, including where European data-protection rules apply.
Information we process
No browsing activity logs. AVEE VPN does not keep a browsing-history log or sell browsing history. Temporary operational and anti-abuse metadata may be processed for security and service reliability and deleted automatically or when no longer needed.
To create and protect an account, we process an AVEE ID, a public-key device credential, an app-scoped installation identifier, an app-scoped device fingerprint hash, device and application information, and security events. These values support authentication, trial-abuse prevention, and security. AVEE does not use Android ID, IMEI, serial number, MAC address, or a hardware-derived fingerprint as the account identity.
When the VPN service is used, traffic is encrypted between the device and the selected VPN endpoint. We do not intentionally store the contents of websites, messages, or files transmitted through the VPN. Operational data such as IP address, timestamps, subscription state, traffic quota counters, AVEE service identifiers, error logs, and security events may be processed to operate and secure the service.
Payments, trial, and providers
Android payments made through Google Play are processed by Google under its own terms and privacy policy. If Web/Windows checkout is enabled, the provider shown at checkout processes that payment under its own terms. AVEE receives only the verification or payment-status data needed to grant, restore, update, or revoke access; we do not receive the user’s full payment card number.
AVEE may offer a one-time trial of up to 1 GB and three days. Server-side account and device-bound checks help prevent repeated trials after reinstalling the application, clearing local data, or creating another account.
We use infrastructure and control-plane providers, including hosting, database, VPN management, payment-verification services, domain services, and support tools. They receive only the information necessary to provide their contracted function. Information may be processed outside Armenia depending on provider location.
Retention, deletion, and contact
We retain account, entitlement, billing, security, and abuse-prevention records while an account is active and as needed for fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling, and service security. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting support@aveevpn.com. Deletion may not remove records that must be retained for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.

These Terms govern use of AVEE VPN, operated by AVETISYAN EDMON SAMVELI, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Armenia.
Service and acceptable use
AVEE VPN provides encrypted network tunneling through supported Android and Windows clients and VPN endpoints. Availability, speed, routing, endpoint location, and compatibility may vary. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular speed, anonymity, or that every restriction will be bypassed.
You must use the service lawfully. Malware, phishing, fraud, unauthorized access, attacks, DDoS, port scanning, spam, open mail relays, crypto-mining, abusive scraping, traffic exchange, Tor exit or relay operation, copyright infringement, and excessive load are prohibited.
Accounts, trial, and subscriptions
Users are responsible for keeping their AVEE ID and device credentials private. Access is granted after account, device, and entitlement checks. The trial provides up to 1 GB and three days before purchase, one time per eligible account and device. Reinstalling the application, clearing data, or changing accounts does not create a new entitlement; AVEE may refuse or revoke trial access where it detects abuse.
Purchase price, currency, billing period, renewal terms, and any applicable introductory offer are shown before purchase. Android subscriptions purchased through Google Play renew automatically until cancelled. Web/Windows purchases, when enabled, follow the provider and terms shown at checkout. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while access continues through the paid period. Purchases and refunds follow the applicable platform/provider rules and law.
Suspension, availability, and liability
We may restrict or terminate access for payment reversal, compromised credentials, abuse, security risk, violation of these terms, or an order from a competent authority. We may perform maintenance, change endpoints, modify features, or discontinue parts of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory consumer right.
We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.

Acceptable Use

AVEE VPN is intended for lawful personal use. P2P and torrent traffic are prohibited because they create abuse, copyright, and upstream-network risks. AVEE may block torrent traffic and record a limited anti-abuse event without recording the content of the traffic.
Do not use AVEE for malware, phishing, fraud, unauthorized access, DDoS, port scanning, spam, open mail relays, mining, abusive scraping, traffic exchange, Tor exits or relays, copyright infringement, or activity that creates unreasonable load.
Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination. Security and anti-abuse metadata is used only for service protection, enforcement, and reliability, and is retained only as long as reasonably necessary.

Refund Policy

Android subscriptions are purchased and managed through Google Play Billing. Google Play may approve refunds under its policies; Google says users should contact the developer for an undelivered or non-working in-app purchase. If Web/Windows checkout is enabled, refund handling follows the provider and terms shown at checkout. Users may also contact AVEE support where a purchase was not delivered, does not work as described, or is subject to a mandatory consumer remedy.
Cancellation
Canceling an Android subscription normally stops the next renewal; access usually remains available until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation by itself does not automatically refund the current period. Users can manage or cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play or through the Manage subscription link in the AVEE app. Web/Windows purchases are managed through the provider shown at checkout.
Refund requests
For a Google Play refund, use Google Play's refund flow or contact support@aveevpn.com with the Google Play order ID. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, private keys, or session tokens. Approved refunds or payment reversals may revoke AVEE access through the Google Play verification process.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Refund decisions follow Google Play rules and applicable law, including any rights that apply to users in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or other jurisdictions.

Delete your AVEE account

You can delete your AVEE account in the Android app: open Account → Delete account, confirm the warning, and complete the request. The app revokes the account and removes local account credentials.
If you cannot access the app, send a request to support@aveevpn.com. Include your AVEE ID if available. Do not send a password, private key, session token, or payment-card details.
We delete or irreversibly anonymise account-linked service data. Trial-eligibility history may be retained after account deletion to prevent a second one-time trial on the same device. Other limited records may be retained only for payment processing, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or legal obligations. A deletion request does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play separately.
